WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY AT THE HOTEL?

Cancellations must be received by 11:59pm local hotel time, 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Reservations of 10 rooms or more are subject to group cancellation policies at the hotel’s discretion.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK-IN?

The minimum age to reserve a guestroom at The Beekman is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

WHAT IS YOUR CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT TIME?

You may check into your room beginning at 3:00pm. We respectfully ask that you check out by noon so that we can prepare the room for our next guests.

 

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL SPA OR IN-ROOM SPA SERVICES?

While we do not operate a spa on the property, we do offer in-room spa services such as Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Thai Massages as well as Organic Detox Facials Purifying facials, Purifying facials and Organic Rejuvenate facials. Wellness experiences are arranged with our Concierge team in partnership with a carefully curated list of preferred providers.

Please contact the Concierge to arrange spa services in the comfort and privacy of your room.

 

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR THE FITNESS CENTER?

For your convenience, our fitness center is open daily, providing 24-hour access to guests. Enjoy a state-of-the-art workout experience during your stay.

 

WHAT DRY CLEANING, LAUNDRY, AND SHOE SHINE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe shining services. Same Day Service is available Monday through Saturday, with all items received by 9:00 AM returned by 6:00 PM. Express Service is available Monday through Friday, and items received between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM will be returned within 5 hours, with a 50% surcharge. Overnight Service is not available at this time.

 

IS SMOKING ALLOWED AT THE BEEKMAN HOTEL?

The Beekman is a non-smoking hotel. The “New York City Smoke Free Air Act” states that smoking is not permitted in public places and places of employment. Therefore, smoking is not allowed in any of our public areas, food and beverage outlets or guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.

 

CAN I TAKE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS AT THE BEEKMAN? WHAT IS THE HOTEL’S PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY?

Personal photography for guests is welcomed throughout The Beekman’s iconic interiors. However, wedding, commercial, and professional photography or filming requires approval. Please contact our representative for guidelines and permissions. 

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards for stays. However, if you have specific dates in mind, we can arrange for prepayment and book a room. Please email beekmanreservations@thompsonhotels.com to arrange. 

 

CAN I SEND A PACKAGE TO YOUR HOTEL?

IS THE BEEKMAN HOTEL PET-FRIENDLY? WHAT IS THE HOTEL’S PET POLICY?

Pets are always welcome at The Beekman, however, we cannot allow them in The Bar Room or our restaurants. We allow dogs up to 35 pounds and there is no fee. These restrictions do not apply to service animals.

 

DOES THE BEEKMAN HOTEL OFFER ACCESSIBLE ROOMS OR ADA-COMPLIANT ACCOMMODATIONS?

CAN I PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S HOTEL RESERVATION AT THE BEEKMAN? DOES THE BEEKMAN ACCEPT THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS?

 Yes, we can absolutely arrange for third party payment. Please note that we only accept third party payments when requested more than 72 hours in advance of arrival. Please email US with the guest name and dates of stay. A form will be sent to your email shortly after.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER PARKING OR VALET SERVICES

Yes, valet parking is available at the hotel entrance for registered guests, located at 123 Nassau Street between Beekman and Ann Streets. Valet parking is available 24 hours a day. The cost for valet parking is $95 for compact and regular-sized vehicles and $110 for SUVs for 24 hours. In-and-out privileges are not included.

 

DOES THE BEEKMAN HOTEL HAVE A HOUSE CAR?

Yes! We have a beautiful Lincoln Navigator that is available for our guests:

Monday – Saturday, 1PM – 9PM

 

CAN THE BEEKMAN HOTEL ASSIST IN BOOKING A RENTAL CAR?
