PRIDE month is almost here, and we’re all counting down to NYC Pride announcing the full roster of events and the announcement of the Grand Marshals.
The array of events planned for Pride Month encompasses a diverse range of experiences. Heritage: The Official NYC Pride Party, promises to be one not to be missed, while PrideFest pulsates with the energy of community and celebration. A central component of NYC Pride observances, is the March which occurs on the last Sunday in June. The NYC Pride March is the largest pride parade nationally and also the largest pride event in the world. The March attracts thousands of participants and millions of spectators each June. The route through Lower Manhattan traverses south on Fifth Avenue, through Greenwich Village, passing the Stonewall National Monument.
