Nine years ago, we opened our doors….and what an amazing journey this has been!
Over the years we have had the opportunity to soak in views of the everchanging Manhattan skyline. We have welcomed new neighbors and friends who now call Lower Manhattan home and embraced the growth of the neighborhood during our daily walks. What a time!
Last week, we paused to invite a few friends to reflect on the years with “Dine Around the Beekman”. Chef Daniel Boulud welcomed us to Le Gratin for an elevated Champagne & Hors d’oeuvres experience. We then celebrated beneath the atrium in The Bar Room with seasonal libations and plated appetizers followed by a four-course tasting dinner experience created by Chef Tom Colicchio in Temple Court. Each course beautifully paired with a 2016 wine. The evening ended perfectly with a night cap in “Manhattan’s favorite living room”, and as we stood on the second floor that evening it brought to mind so many beautiful moments we have experienced over the years.
We raise our glasses to you our dear friends, for making each day of the past 9 years beyond what we could ever imagined it would be.
